In addition to monthly tuition, the El Dorado School of Performing Arts charges a $5 enrollment fee per class, per year. This small annual fee helps support the administrative side of the studio, including maintaining student records, organizing class schedules, and ensuring every dancer has the resources they need for a successful year. It is charged once per class for the entire year and is separate from monthly tuition.

The enrollment fee is processed securely through StudioPro, along with tuition, so families don’t need to worry about handling cash or checks. By collecting this small fee annually, we can keep our classes running smoothly, provide consistent communication, and maintain an organized system that benefits both students and parents.

This fee helps cover the cost of purchasing and maintaining high-quality costumes for the end-of-year recital, ensuring that every dancer looks their best on stage. To help keep accounts up-to-date and classes running smoothly, a $15 late fee is applied when tuition is not received by the 15th of the month. This fee is in addition to your regular tuition and ensures that administrative processes, such as attendance tracking and class planning, can continue without disruption. Our goal is not to penalize families, but to encourage timely payments so we can provide a consistent, high-quality experience for all dancers.

The easiest way to avoid late fees is to pay tuition through StudioPro by the 15th of each month. StudioPro allows you to set up automatic payments, save your preferred payment method, and receive reminders so payments are never missed. By keeping your account information up-to-date and using these features, families can focus on enjoying classes without worrying about extra fees.
