Piper Wise - Director & Instructor

Ms. Piper discovered her passion for dance and performance at the age of 4, when her mom sat her down in front of the TV and played Barbie and the 12 Dancing Princesses. From that moment on, she was completely captivated by dance. She began dancing around the house constantly, recreating movements and expressing herself through music and imagination, which ultimately led her mom to enroll her in dance classes.

Ms. Piper has been dancing for 17 years and has loved every stage of her training and growth. During high school, she was also a member of the EHS dance team, where she developed strong technique, teamwork, leadership, and confidence both on and off the stage. From 2024 to 2026, she had the privilege of performing as a Butler Headliner at Butler Community College, an experience that strengthened her love for the performing arts and helped her grow as both a performer and a leader.

She graduated from high school in 2024 and currently attends Butler Community College, where she is working toward a degree in Elementary Education. After Butler, she plans to transfer to Wichita State University to complete her degree and add a minor in Dance Education. Her goal is to combine her passion for teaching and dance to create a positive, supportive environment where dancers feel confident, encouraged, and excited to learn and grow.

Outside of the studio, Ms. Piper enjoys building LEGO sets, going to the movies, trying new foods, and spending time with her animals, boyfriend, friends, and family. She is also a big fan of cheering on the Royals, Jayhawks, and Chiefs. She is incredibly grateful for the EDSPA community and feels honored to help create a studio where every dancer feels seen, supported, and inspired to shine. 💜✨

Briley Landgren - Instructor

Hi! I’m Briley Landgren, and dancing isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. From the moment I took my first steps at age three, I’ve been captivated by movement, rhythm, and performance. By seven, I was competing, and since then, I’ve poured my heart and soul into every leap, turn, and rhythm, constantly pushing myself to grow as a performer.

Right now, I’m proudly dancing as a Headliner at Butler Community College, where I also have the honor of serving as Dance Captain. Leading the team has taught me so much about teamwork, responsibility, and inspiring others, and it drives me to chase my dream of making a lasting impact in the dance world. Through rigorous training, countless performances, and leadership opportunities, I’ve learned that dance is not just about skill—it’s about passion, dedication, and connecting with your audience on every level.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me singing my heart out, spending quality time with my sister, or coaching little league softball—always bringing that same energy, focus, and enthusiasm that fuels my dance. Every performance, practice, and interaction is an opportunity to grow, inspire, and share joy.

Dance is more than art to me; it’s a way to express, connect, and shine. I’m excited to continue this journey, embrace new challenges, and share my love for movement with everyone I meet!

Autumn Lind - Instructor

Hi! I'm Autumn Lind. I started dancing when I was just 3 years old, and it’s been such a fun journey—full of breaks, comebacks, and so much growth over the years. Dance has always had a special place in my heart, but I really began taking it seriously during my junior and senior year of high school. During that time, I competed in several local dance competitions and placed 1st and 2nd multiple times, which pushed me to keep improving and made me fall even more in love with performing. I was also a proud member of the EHS Classic Cats Dance Team both junior and senior year, which gave me amazing friendships, unforgettable memories, and a deeper passion for teamwork and discipline.

Now, I’m super thrilled to be attending Butler Community College on a dance scholarship while majoring in elementary education. Getting to balance academics with dance has been such an exciting challenge, and I’m grateful every day that I get to continue doing what I love while working toward my future career.

When I’m not studying or dancing my heart out, you can usually find me playing video games, reading, journaling, hanging out with my friends and family, or spending time with my adorable animals. They’re my favorite way to unwind after a busy day! I’m so excited to keep growing, learning, and dancing through every new opportunity that comes my way.

Mack Poeverlein - Instructor

Hi! My name is Mack Poeverlein. I’ve been dancing for over 13 years, beginning my training at Donna’s School of Dance in my hometown of Garnett, Kansas. During my time there, I studied a wide variety of styles and built a strong technical foundation that continues to shape me as both a dancer and a teacher.

Now based in El Dorado, Kansas, I’m pursuing my passion as a Dance Major at Butler Community College, where I’m furthering my training in jazz, ballet, modern, tap, and hip-hop. I’m dedicated to honing my craft, and I love being able to share the joy of movement with others.

Alongside my dance studies, I’m also an active performer in the fine arts. I’m a proud member of the Butler Headliners, where I get to combine my love of singing and dancing on stage. My well-rounded performing background helps me bring a fresh, dynamic energy to my teaching style.

Some of my favorite styles include jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, and tap, and I’m so excited to bring my enthusiasm, creativity, and knowledge to my students. Whether in class or on stage, I strive to inspire others to discover their own love for the arts and to grow into confident, expressive performers.

Chris Miller - Instructor

Hi! I’m Chris Miller, and I’m so excited to be part of the EDSPA family. I’m currently majoring in Visual Arts Education at Butler Community College, and I love finding ways to combine my passion for dance, music, and art every day.

I’ve been dancing since I was 2 years old, and over the years, I’ve trained with multiple companies, transferring three times to challenge myself and grow as a performer. Eventually, I decided to step away from competitive dance to focus on show choir in high school, which gave me the chance to explore performance, stage presence, and teamwork in new ways. 🎶✨

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me singing, playing guitar, diving into musical theatre, or creating visual art. Dance, music, and art aren’t just hobbies for me—they’re a way to express myself, connect with others, and inspire those around me.

I’m thrilled to share my love of movement, music, and creativity with the dancers at EDSPA, and I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together this season! 💜

• I love musical theatre 🎭
• I sing in addition to dancing 🎤
• I’m a passionate visual artist 🎨

Alice Jones - Instructor

Alice is currently majoring in Liberal Arts at Butler Community College and is a proud member of the Butler Headliners, where she continues to grow as both a performer and a leader. With 15 years of dance experience, she has built a strong foundation across multiple styles—spending 11 years in the competitive dance world and the last 2 years dedicated to refining her ballet technique with a deeper, more focused approach.

Alice’s dance journey also includes several seasons with Ballet Wichita’s beloved production of The Nutcracker. Over the years, she performed in a wide range of roles, including Snow, Flowers, Spanish Corps, and many other ensemble and specialty parts. These performances not only strengthened her technique and stamina but also deepened her love for classical ballet and storytelling on stage.

Beyond her dance life, Alice is a creative soul who loves watching movies, listening to music, and discovering new interests. She has a growing passion for learning French and enjoys challenging herself with new vocabulary and cultural insights. Whether she’s in the studio, on stage, or exploring her hobbies, Alice brings dedication, warmth, and a genuine love for the arts wherever she goes.

Ms. Liberty is excited to join the EDSPA faculty for the 2026–2027 season! Mrs. Eryanna discovered her passion for dance and movement at the age of 9 while cheering for her local recreational league. In high school, she spent two years on the varsity cheer squad before joining the dance team, where her love for performance continued to grow. She was also actively involved in show choir, combining her love of music with choreography and stage performance.

From 2022 to 2025, Eryanna attended Butler Community College on a vocal music scholarship as a Butler Headliner. While she initially pursued a degree in Music Education, she soon realized her true passion was dance and changed her focus to further her dance training and education.

Eryanna danced professionally as a Wichita Thunder Ice Girl during the 2025–2026 season, bringing energy, confidence, and enthusiasm to every performance. She is known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for helping others grow.

When she's not dancing, Eryanna enjoys spending time with her husband, Elijah, and their dogs, Thor and Luna. She is excited to share her love of dance and cheer with her students and help them build confidence, learn new skills, and have fun along the way!

I graduated from Butler Community College, where I performed with both the A Cappella Choir and the Butler Headliners. Following graduation, I continued pursuing my passion for performance as a member of the Wichita Thunder Ice Girls, where I have had the opportunity to entertain and connect with the community through dance.

Andrea Wise - Office Manager

My name is Ms. Dre and I am thrilled to be joining the EDSPA team as the Office Manager!

I’m a dedicated nurse practitioner with nearly a decade of experience providing comprehensive and integrated care in both hospital and clinical settings. Throughout my career, I’ve always valued compassion, organization, and a patient-centered approach—and I’m excited to bring those same qualities into my role at the studio.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy living in El Dorado with my husband, Brett, and our daughter, Piper. We love spending quality family time together, traveling, and discovering new places and cultures. I’ve always had a special love for theater and the arts, and it has been a meaningful source of inspiration for me over the years.

My connection to the dance world runs deep. I’ve proudly supported Piper through 17 years of singing, dancing, and performing, and being part of her journey has given me a strong appreciation for the performing arts community. I’m excited to bring my experience, professionalism, and warmth into the studio environment.

I look forward to being a welcoming face for families, a strong support for our teaching staff, and an organized guide for the studio’s daily operations. My goal is to ensure that every dancer and family at EDSPA feels cared for, supported, and valued.

Madison Busby - Office Secretary

Hi, my name is Maddie, and I am so excited to work at EDSPA as your new office secretary! While I may not know as much about dance as some of our amazing instructors and dancers, dance has always held a special place in my heart. I danced from the age of 3 until I was 12, and although that chapter of my life has come to an end, my love and appreciation for the art of dance has never gone away. I have always admired the dedication, creativity, confidence, and joy that dance brings to so many people, and I am thrilled to be part of a studio that helps young dancers discover those things for themselves.

I am currently attending Newman University, where I am pursuing a degree in Nursing, and I am expected to graduate in the spring of 2029. My passion for helping others is what led me to nursing, and I love being able to connect with people, support them, and make a positive difference in their day. Those same qualities are what I hope to bring to my role here at EDSPA.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a welcoming and supportive studio family. As one of the friendly faces in the office, I’ll be here to answer questions, assist with communication, help keep things organized behind the scenes, and support our dancers, families, and staff however I can. Whether you're stopping by the office, sending an email, or calling with a question, I look forward to helping make your experience at EDSPA a positive one.

One of the things I am most excited about is getting to know all of our dancers and their families throughout the season. I love seeing young people grow in confidence, build friendships, and discover their passions, and I am honored to play even a small role in that journey. From first dance classes to recital day, I can't wait to cheer on our dancers and celebrate their accomplishments alongside the rest of the EDSPA team.
