EDSPA offers a variety of dance styles for dancers of different ages and experience levels! Our current class offerings include:

🩰 Ballet
👞 Tap
⭐ Jazz
🎶 Lyrical
🔥 Hip Hop
💃 Adult Dance Classes

Class offerings may vary by age and level. Check our current class schedule for available classes and enrollment options.

It depends!  EDSPA welcomes dancers who join us after the season begins, as long as enrollment is still open and space is available in the desired class.

For our Fall semester, enrollment is open through September 30th. For our Spring semester, enrollment is open through February 15th.

After these deadlines, enrollment for the semester will close so our dancers and instructors can maintain a consistent and productive class environment. If you're interested in joining after classes have started, reach out to our team and we can help you find an available class that is a good fit for your dancer!

Absolutely! Dancers are welcome to take as many classes as they would like, as long as they meet the age and level requirements and there is space available in each class.

We encourage dancers to explore different styles and try new things! Taking multiple classes is a wonderful way to build technique, confidence, versatility, and a deeper love for dance.

With classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop, and more, there are plenty of opportunities for dancers to TRY EVERYTHING!

Yes! EDSPA offers dance opportunities for adults who want to try something new, reconnect with dance, or simply enjoy moving and having fun.

Our adult classes are welcoming to dancers of different experience levels, whether you have danced for years or have never stepped into a studio before. No matter your age or experience, there is always room to find your light through dance! ✨

That's completely okay! We understand that trying something new can feel intimidating, especially for younger dancers. Our instructors are here to help dancers feel comfortable, supported, and welcomed as they get to know their class and instructor.

We never want a dancer to feel pressured or embarrassed for being nervous. Some dancers may jump right in, while others need a little more time to warm up. We encourage dancers at their own pace while creating a positive environment where they can gradually build confidence and feel comfortable participating.

If your dancer continues to struggle or has concerns about attending class, we encourage families to communicate with their instructor so we can work together to support them. ✨

Tuition is posted to your account on the 12th of each month and is due by the 15th.

EDSPA provides a 5-day grace period, allowing tuition to be paid through the 20th without a late fee. On the 16th, a tuition reminder will be sent to families with an outstanding balance.

If tuition remains unpaid after the grace period, a $15 late fee will be added to the account. If tuition remains unpaid for two consecutive months, the dancer may be required to sit out of classes until the account is brought current.

We encourage families to reach out to our office if they are experiencing difficulty with their tuition so we can work together to determine the best way to move forward. 💜

No. Recital costumes are a separate expense and are not included in monthly tuition. Each recital costume is $75 per class.

Costume information and ordering details will be shared with families ahead of time, including important deadlines and payment information.

Families who need assistance with recital costume costs may also apply for the Shine On Scholarship through the EDSPA Dancer Scholarship Program.

If EDSPA needs to cancel a class due to weather, an instructor emergency, building concerns, or another unforeseen circumstance, we will notify families as soon as possible through our primary communication channels.

Whenever possible, EDSPA will make every effort to provide a makeup class or another appropriate solution for cancelled classes. Specific arrangements may vary depending on the circumstances and timing of the cancellation.

We encourage families to keep an eye on their messages and studio communications for the most up-to-date information. 💜

That's completely okay! 💜 Many of our dancers begin their journey at EDSPA with little to no previous dance experience.

The best class will depend on your dancer's age, interests, and comfort level. Our class schedule includes options for beginners across a variety of styles, including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, and Hip Hop.

If you're unsure which class would be the best fit, reach out to our team! We're happy to help you find a class where your dancer can feel comfortable, have fun, and begin building their confidence and love for dance. ✨

The best thing you can do is help your dancer feel comfortable, prepared, and excited! 💜 Before their first class, make sure they have the appropriate dancewear and shoes for their class, have their hair secured according to our dress code guidelines, and arrive a few minutes early so they have time to get settled.

If your dancer is nervous, remind them that they don't have to be perfect! Their first class is simply an opportunity to meet their instructor, get to know their classmates, and have fun while learning something new.

Most importantly, encourage them to come with an open mind and a willingness to try. Every dancer has to start somewhere, and we're excited to take that first step with them! ✨

Your donation helps remove financial barriers that may prevent a dancer from fully participating in their dance education. 💜 Donations to the EDSPA Dancer Scholarship Fund help provide assistance with important dance-related expenses, allowing more dancers to stay in class, participate in recital, and have the resources they need to feel prepared and confident.

We understand that parents and families love seeing their dancers learn and grow! 💜 However, to help our dancers stay focused and allow instructors to create the best learning environment possible, regular classes are not open for parent observation.

EDSPA does offer special opportunities throughout the season for families to see what their dancers have been learning, including Parent Observation Week and our annual recital.

We appreciate your support in allowing our dancers to have a focused, comfortable, and positive class experience! ✨
